First and foremost, this blog is for you – to gain new ideas, share thoughts, and connect to others. We hope to keep our posts relatively short, but can’t promise we will be able to resist writing a long one every now and then.

 

What we can promise, however, is that we will share thoughtful HR solutions that are related to what is going on in the world around us and the business we are a part of, cooperatives serving rural America.
